PACKAGE OVERVIEW
Hampta Pass Crossover Trek is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The trail opens gently, moving through grassy valleys and streams fed by melting snow. The ground is soft at first, the air cool and damp, with mountains rising slowly on either side.
As the days pass, the land tightens. Valleys narrow. Rocks replace grass. Water cuts directly through the path, cold and fast. Camps are set in open basins where clouds move quickly and weather shifts without warning.
Crossing Hampta Pass is brief but intense. One side holds snow and wind, the other drops suddenly into a dry, wide landscape that feels entirely different. The descent into Spiti is quiet and exposed, marked by distance rather than effort. This trek is remembered for its contrast — how quickly the world changes, how clearly you feel the crossing from one landscape into another.
